A pioneering leader in both the luxury goods and outdoor industries, Sue brings to WD a history of consumer-centric brand stewardship and sustainability advocacy. 

Before joining the company in late 2019, Sue served as the Global President of Merrell, the largest division of Wolverine Worldwide (NYSE: WWW), following 10 years as President and CEO of private equity-owned Confluence Outdoor. Previously, she was the President of Victorinox Swiss Army and CEO of Victorinox Swiss Army Watch for 13 years, building upon her executive experience with global watch and jewelry brands Movado, Seiko, Citizen, and Frederick Goldman.

Caleb joined the WD team in 2020 with over two decades of Information Technology and Operations leadership experience in the manufacturing sector. 


Most recently, Caleb provided executive level, strategic consulting to various Fortune 500 companies across innovation, enterprise transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Notably, he served in global leadership roles for 18 years at construction materials powerhouse Lafarge (LafargeHolcim), where he managed diverse teams across manufacturing, commercial and supply chain, and technology.

Responsible for establishing and optimizing the patented Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) production processes in use today, Yarden leads R&D and innovation at WD. 


Prior to partnering with WD Lab Grown Diamonds Founder Clive Hill and joining the company in 2012, Yarden spent 15 years in engineering and leadership roles at Siemens, Tower Semiconductor, Jordan Valley Semiconductor and Traceguard Technologies. Yarden earned his Master’s Degree in Material Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where notably he studied under Dan Shechtman, winner of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.

An innovative brand builder, Brittany has spent her career leading disruptive, mission-oriented organizations through stages of hyper-growth.


Prior to joining WD in 2020, Brittany advised early- and mid-stage startups in brand development, go-to-market planning, integrated marketing, and digital transformation. She has held executive growth marketing, brand, merchandising and e-commerce roles at VC-backed omni-channel retail and DTC startups since 2012. She began her career in strategic communications in Silicon Valley during the mid 2000s.
